1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 339 bet ("339 bet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 339-bet.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 339 bet platform — including its cricket betting markets, live casino, slots, specialty games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Account Registration

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5 User Obligations

As a registered player on the 339 bet platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times while your account is active:

You must not share these with any other person. 339 bet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 339 bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where legally required, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under the age of 18.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a 339 bet player account at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your primary registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard as applicable), subject to any pending withdrawal holds or outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

339 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Account activity that violates 339 bet's responsible gaming policies, including where a player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to register a new account.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to close the account.
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; dormant account procedures are set out in a separate policy available on request).

Where 339 bet closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's payment method following completion of any required investigation. 339 bet will communicate the reason for closure where legally permitted to do so.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 339 bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the 339-bet.net platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 339 bet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

339 bet shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your account.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.

339 bet makes no warranty — express or implied — that the 339-bet.net platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free, or virus-free. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 339 bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
